Tim McMahon

Tim is a well-known and respected commercial real estate broker in the greater Seattle area with a sterling reputation for honesty, integrity, tenacity and dedication to the client to get the deal done. Tim is from the fourth generation of a founding family in Seattle. Before entering the real estate industry, Tim was a retail entrepreneur. This has given him the unique experience needed to look at every new transaction with the understanding of both the Lessor and Lessee. With twenty years' experience in commercial and investment real estate, Tim formed Washington Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. in 1993. His professional career also included formation and directorship of a commercial Washington State bank.

Tim is very active in public and community services, giving his time, talent and resources in a variety of endeavors. His expertise includes the following:

Cynthia Montagne
Cynthia is responsible for the administration of the property management division of Washington Commercial.

Cynthia has 17 years of experience in commercial and investment property administration. She specializes in retail, office and office-warehouse properties and is responsible for the accounting, annual budgets, property reports and cash flow analysis for these properties. She emphasizes communication by staying in touch with owners, investors, tenants and service contractors, ensuring a superior level of service.

Cynthia’s interests include photography, hiking, and a passionate interest in history. She is very active in community services and is a regular and committed volunteer.

Bob Stevenson
Bob has a broad range of experience in developing retail sites for retailers nationwide. Bob began his retail career at the JC Penny Company in their management program. After several years of owning two retail stores, Bob joined a major shoe manufacturing company responsible for all independent retail development of stores in a twelve state area. In addition to developing stores, Bob worked as a business consultant to over 100 independent retailers. Bob has spent the past seventeen years working with national and region retailers developing successful development programs nationwide and has negotiated all aspects of retail real estate development.

Bob’s interests relate to the enjoyment of the great outdoors, which include kayaking, fishing, hiking and boating.

Brandon McMahon
Brandon works for Washington Commercial as an intern when home from college. A student at the University of Denver in Denver, Colorado, Brandon is currently a Junior in the Daniels College of Business as a major in Real Estate and Finance. Brandon’s responsibilities include doing property research, providing technical assistance and other various tasks as an office assistant.

Brandon’s main interests are skiing, photography and listening to bands from Seattle’s independent music community.
